Two new features to help hiring managers track tasks and collect qualification documents from candidates during the hiring process, helping them make an informed hiring decision.
Navigation Redesign
Rethinking the way users navigate Hireology. A new, vertical menu to provide improved scalability, visual continuity, and context throughout the user experience.
Integration Purchasing Redesign
Simplifying and unifying how users
purchase third party integrations, such as background checks, references, and candidate assessments, in the Hireology app.
About Me.
I’m a UX Designer, outdoor enthusiast, chef wannabe, and sports fanatic born and raised in southeastern Wisconsin. Since graduating from UW-Madison in 2012, life has taken me on a journey around the country, from New York City,
to Chicago, to Orlando, and now Seattle, where I live with my dog Mae. The winding road through different states and different roles led me to discover my passion for UX.
I enjoy creative problem solving, working with multi-disciplinary teams to bring products to life, and mentoring young designers looking to break into the field. I'm currently a Senior UX Designer at Qualtrics and the case studies highlighted above are not representative of my current work.
